INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 2149, GLENWOOD MN will accept SEALED BIDS until 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 10, 2022 for:
1.) Milk – Skim and 1% White ½ pint cartons, ½ pint cartons of fat Free Chocolate, bulk 5-gallon Fat Free Chocolate, 1% White, and Skim White. 2/5# Sour Cream Fat Free, 2/5# Cottage Cheese Fat Free and Whipping Cream pints, ½ pint cartons of Orange Juice, ½ pint cartons of Apple Juice and individual 4 oz. flavored yogurt.

1.) Bakery Products – 53% Whole Wheat Foot Long Bun, 53% Whole Wheat Dinner Roll, 53% Whole Wheat 1 ½# Wheat Bread, 53% Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread, 53% Whole Wheat 3 ½ inch Hamburger Bun, 53% Whole Wheat Coney Hot Dog Bun and 53% Whole Wheat Steak Bun.
53% Whole Wheat, Hamburger Buns, Coney Hot Dog Buns and Steak Buns must be 56 gm to meet USDA guidelines of 2 oz eq. Each slice of 53% Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread or 1.5# 53% Whole Wheat Bread must be 28 gm to meet USDA guidelines of 1 oz eq. 53% Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls must be 28 gm to meet USDA guidelines of 1 oz eq. ALL QUOTES FOR ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FOR 53% WHOLE GRAIN PRODUCTS UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLAINED.
