NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER NEW ORDINANCE #113 – REGULATING THE SALE OF TETRAHYDROCANNABINOL (“THC”)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Starbuck will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2022, at 6:45 p.m. to consider a new ordinance, Business Regulations – Ord. #113, regulating the sale of Tetrahydrocannabinol (“THC”) in the City of Starbuck. The location of the meeting will be at the Starbuck Community Center at 307 East 5th Street, Starbuck, MN. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at the City Office.
