The editor of the Glenwood Herald, a certain Mr. G.C. Wollan of the City of Glenwood, having been provoked by too much wrath and disturbance of the peace through an editorial in the Times of January 3, 1913 caused the arrest of “yours truly” I.M. Kalnes, on a charge of criminal libel while we were in Glenwood Wednesday. We are very sorry that Mr. Wollan should feel so much like disturbing the peace on our account. The trial will come off January 17 at 9 o’clock  in the morning before Justice Frand E. Reed, one of the courthouse officials. That will be the time the truth comes out. We’ll be there to do some “telling.” If you aren’t too busy, you may learn a lot by attending this trial.

Something of an oddity in Minnesota, to be sure.
