SPECIAL MEETING-PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

The Minnewaska Area Schools Board of Education met in special session on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in the Minnewaska Area High Schools Media Center for a public hearing. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairperson Barsness. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Present: Barsness, Holtberg, T. Reichmann, A. Reichmann, Lagred Ogdahl, 

Members Absent: Zavadil

Motion by A. Reichmann, seconded by, Lagred to approve the agenda as presented. 

Roll Call Vote:  Aye: Barsness, T. Reichmann, Holtberg, A. Reichmann, Lagred, Ogdahl

Nay: None

Motion carried.

Superintendent Rankin gave a brief presentation outlining Flexible Learning Year Application. The meeting was opened up for the public comment. No one was present from the community for public comment.

Motion by Holtberg, seconded by Ogdahl, to adjourn the meeting at 5:10 p.m.
