NEW PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP

PUBLIC HEARING

The New Prairie Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday May 8, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Cyrus Community Room to receive input and make a recommendation concerning an  application for a Variance from David Harrison who proposes to build a new non-farm residence in the South Half of the SE 1/4 of Section 21. He proposes to build 2,315 feet from a 600AU feedlot whereas Article IV, C. (g) of the New Prairie Zoning Ordinance requires the residence be located no closer than 2,520 feet.

The New Prairie Board of Appeals & Adjustments will meet immediately following the public hearing to consider the application.
