Minnewaska Area seventh and eighth grade bands including seventh grade jazz and Jazz 2, put on a great performance last week. The lineup included some jazz favorites, concert band selections, a Jurassic Park song and a Beatles song. Several students had solos including Holly Hennen, Owen Greene, Brock Jacobs, Jeffrey Pederson, Jack Payne, Owen Armstrong and Riley Spindler. The bands are directed by Heidi Polzin.
