NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SALE OF HRA-EDA 

OWNED PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pope County Housing and Redevelopment Authority – Economic Development Authority (the “HRA-EDA”) of Pope County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at the Pope County Courthouse located at 130 Minnesota Avenue East in the City of Glenwood, Minnesota, relating to (a) the proposed sale of land to CSNP Villard LLC, or its assignees or successors, for the purpose of constructing up to 4 units of multi-family townhomes.  This public hearing is pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections 469.029, Subd 2., inclusive, as amended.

The property is located on the corner of Portland Street and Commercial Avenue, in the city limits of Villard, and is parcel #28-0101-000.

All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their view orally or in writing.
