NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Glenwood, Pope County, Minnesota, have adopted Ordinance 202301 (“Zoning Ordinance”) an ordinance amending Glenwood Township Zoning Ordinance 202101 effective immediately. Amendments to the Glenwood Township Zoning Ordinance include changes to Article II (Definitions), Articles V, VI, VII and VIII (Permitted, Conditional, and Interim Uses), Article IX (Performance Standards), and Article XII (Zoning Requests). The intent of the amendments is to provide consistency with recent amendments to the Pope County Land Use Ordinance and to add ordinance standards and requirements for signs. A copy of the revised Glenwood Township Zoning Ordinance will be available on-line for download at www.glenwoodtownship.com or at the office of the Town Clerk, during regular business hours by contacting the Clerk at 1-320-334-0006.
