NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT – BEACHSIDE RV PARK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council for the City of Starbuck will hold a public hearing on November 13, 2023 at 6:40PM to discuss the non-compliance of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) issued to Beachside RV Park stating that a privacy fence be constructed along adjacent residential property. The location of the hearing will be at the Starbuck Community Center at 307 East 5th Street, Starbuck, MN.
