NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND HEARING
OF
POPE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
This is to notify the public that a special meeting of the Pope County Board of Adjustment will take place on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 beginning at or about 6:00 pm or shortly thereafter in the Commissioner’s Board room of the Pope County Courthouse to consider the following agenda items:
o Hearing on appeal of administrative decision regarding Shoreland Alteration Permit #23327 by Peters Sunset Beach, Inc., Pezhekee, Inc., and David W. Peters.
o Hearing on appeal of administrative decision regarding Floodplain Permit #23328 by Peters Sunset Beach, Inc., Pezhekee, Inc., and David W. Peters.
