Sealed Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., March 12th, 2024, by the Pope County Highway Department, on behalf of the County Board of Commissioners for the supply, production, and stockpiling of aggregate surfacing material as specified.

Location: Glenwood Area Pit Location/Aggregate Source To Be Determined by Contractor 

Type of Work: Aggregate Crushing and Stockpiling

Quantity: 30,000 Cubic Yards

The major items of work are:

Aggregate Stockpile, Cl 5 (Mod) 30,000 Cu. Yd.

Bids will be opened and read publicly by the Pope County Engineer at the Pope County Highway Department, 16139 State Highway 29, Glenwood, Minnesota.  

Plans, Proposals and Specifications are available for viewing through the Pope County OneOffice website at: https://mn-co-pope.app.rtvision.com/oneoffice at no cost.

Bids shall be accompanied by a Bidder’s Bond made payable to the Treasurer of Pope County for at least five (5) percent of the amount of the proposal.

The county Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects.
