Flames could be seen through the roof at the back of a house at 311 West Seventh Street in Starbuck last Tuesday when firefighters arrived at the scene just after 2:15 p.m.  Above Starbuck and Glenwood firefighters entered the front door of the house with hoses as smoke poured out of the home.  The cause of the fire was accidental and related to a burn barrel, according to Starbuck Fire Chief Doug Noyes. There was one person in the house at the time of the fire, but was evacuated with no injuries reported.  The home sustained extensive damage, Noyes reported.
