TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Glenwood City Commission will convene on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, beginning at 6:00 PM at City Hall, 100 17th Avenue NW, Glenwood to conduct the following public hearing(s):

Request for conditional use permit and variance to allow a flower shop and a greenhouse in a R-1 zoning district. Applicant: The Flower Co. Property Owner:  Waska Enterprises LLC. Property address: 14 6th Ave NW. Parcel number(s): 21-0489-003. Zoning: Suburban Residential (R-1).

Request for a variance to allow a 2-stall garage that will exceed the allowable impervious surface area. Applicant & Property Owner: Nathan Zierden. Property address: 227 1st Ave SE. Parcel number(s): 21-0387-000. Zoning: Urban Residential (R-2).
