The 33rd annual Eple Tiden (Apple Time) celebration will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28 at the historic Starbuck Depot with hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine. 

There is no charge for admission. The popular Glacial Hills Elementary students entertain at 11 and back again this year will be the happy and good times Music by “Myron’s Polka Datters” (Myron and Ida Forbord’s daughters)

“We will play some Norwegian Folk Dance tunes, along with favorite Polkas and Waltzes – we hope you will be able to join us. Our goal is to get people dancing again,” it was stated by the musicians.

The event will feature an open house of the Lefse Hall of Fame and all the Depot buildings.  Vendors of craft and garden produce are welcome to display at no charge and apples from Country Blossom Orchard will be for sale.  

The menu includes lefse roll-ups and packages, rommegrot, Varm Pulsa, pulled pork sandwich, and apple desert lunch menu.  

The drawing for the apple themed quilt will be at 1 p.m. YOU BETCHA!

​Eple Tiden is a classic fall festival complete with beautiful autumn produce sold by local vendors and a wonderful way to visit with friends, eat a delicious meal, stock up on fall goodies, and simply enjoy the  season.
