NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO CONSIDER NEW ORDINANCE #114 – REGULATION OF CANNABIS BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF STARBUCK 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Committee for the City of Starbuck will hold a public hearing on Tuesday October 1, 2024, at 9:05am to consider a new ordinance, Business Regulations – Ord. #114, regulating cannabis business in the City of Starbuck. The purpose of this ordinance is to implement the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 342, which authorizes the City of Starbuck to protect the public health, safety, welfare of the City of Starbuck residents by regulating cannabis businesses within the legal boundaries of the City of Starbuck. The location of the meeting will be the Starbuck Community Center at 307 East 5th Street, Starbuck, MN. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for review at the City Office.
