The Starbuck Police Department hosted its 7th annual Starbuck Night to Unite, Friday, Sept. 20 from 3:30-6 p.m. at the Depot Museum on East Depot Lane in Starbuck.  The weather cooperated nicely, giving area residents a chance to park the car and take a stroll along the many displays, exhibits, prizes and refreshments included in this year’s event.

Free music was provided by Jackson Burns (below right), while Clueless the Balloon Twister (pictured at top of page) was on hand to make some fun and creative gifts for the kids, the National Guard took some time out of their busy schedule to put up a Rock Wall for those brave enough to try (picture at bottom of page) and a free meal was provided for all.

Also included in the night’s activities were free family games, inflatables, local business booths and many more activities designed to help people get better acquainted with others in their community as well as what the Starbuck community has to offer.

Members of the Starbuck Police Department, along with other area safety personnel, were on hand to meet with people and provide information (picture below).  Each of the kids stopping by the booth shown in the picture at left had a chance to pick out a free prize.  Yes, that’s right, a free prize provided by the Starbuck Police Department and Starbuck community, coming together for a Night to Unite.
