Pope County law enforcement officers, board of commissioners and county staff on Tuesday, Oct. 1 hosted a gathering at the east entrance of the Courthouse to dedicate a bench memorial near the entrance in memory of Deputy Josh Owen.  Pope County Deputy Josh Owen was killed in the line of duty responding to a domestic call on April 15, 2023.
