Turkey Bingo fundraiser will be held Nov. 24

Christmas Care, a program of the Starbuck VFW, Auxiliary and the Starbuck Fire Department Auxiliary, gives to families in need at Christmas time. This program serves families in Western Pope County (Starbuck, Lowry and Cyrus) and depends on members of the community to submit the names of any families or individuals who could benefit from this program. If you know of a family in this area that is in need during the holidays, please call Jen Haugen at 320-815-7245, or Karen Tharaldson at 320-239-4422 by Nov. 29 to register them. 

Financial donations can be mailed to the Starbuck Fire Department Auxiliary, PO Box 621, Starbuck, MN 56381 c/o Christmas Care or given to one of the persons listed above. 

Another great way to support the program is by attending Turkey Bingo at the Starbuck VFW on Sunday, Nov. 24. Doors open at 3 p.m., play begins at 4 p.m., and is family friendly. Christmas Care will be held on Dec. 16.
