  • MAES students earn Accelerated Reading medals

    Minnewaska Area Elementary School recently congratulated students for their reading accomplishments. The following students earned their Accelerated Reader medal. In 1st Grade: Luke. In 2nd Grade: Marlowe and Kenny. In 3rd Grade: Skylar, Phoenix, Hadley and Trinity. Accelerated Reader is a program that promotes reading and supports students in their comprehension.

  • Grade 3 at MAES wins ‘Penny War’

    Minnewaska Area Elementary School students in Grade 3 were the winners of the recent Penny War, which was a part of their “I Love to Read” month activities and the Reading4Research campaign.
