The Community Easter Egg hunt was a great success despite being short helpers. The Easter bunny was in attendance and made the rounds to visit all of the kids. Nearly 400 people attended the event, and 300 meals were served as well as several snacks. “We had folks lined up around 10 a.m. waiting for the 11 a.m. start and maintained a solid line until 12:15. Most didn’t mind the wait and we received several positive comments. We were thankful for the high school kids that were able to come and help,” stated Kay Blauert with the Glenwood Welcome Center.

Thank you to the Easter Egg Hunt Sponsors, Minnewaska House Brewing Co. & Grill, National Honor Society students and advisor, the Easter Bunny and volunteers that helped to make this event a success.
