The Starbuck High School Class of 1963 held their 60 year reunion on Sept. 14 at the VFW in Starbuck. The Starbuck High School Class of 1957 held their 66th year high school reunion on Sept. 8. The graduating class numbered 37; 11 classmates attended; 11 members are deceased. Eighteen class members and spouses met for lunch at the Nutcracker Café and enjoyed good food, good visiting and reconnecting with classmates. Greetings were shared from class members who could not attend. The 1957 class has met for 10 reunions and three all-school reunions. Twelve members of the Starbuck High School Class of 1958 gathered at the Nutcracker Café in Starbuck on Sept. 2 to celebrate the 65th Anniversary of their graduation. They shared memories and family news, remembered their 17 classmates who have died, and received an update on nine others who were unable to attend. Earlier in the day Blaine Pederson opened all the museums at The Depot and led four classmates through the impressive collection of Starbuck memorabilia including the Lefse Hall of Fame. All who claim a Starbuck connection owe a debt of gratitude to the many volunteers who have worked hard to preserve, protect and honor Starbuck history.
