The Minnewaska Area winter sports schedules will be published next week in the Pope County Tribune.  Official high school sports’ practices are set to begin Nov. 14 with girls basketball and Nov. 21 for boys basketball and wrestling.

The MAHS dance teams are already practicing for their first meet, Nov. 29 at PACT Charter followed by the Minnewaska Invitational, Friday, Dec. 2.

But, first up are the Junior High girls basketball teams, set to play two games this week (see page 4B for schedule).
