The halls of Minnewaska Area Schools were bustling with activity as students returned for their first day of class. Teachers were ready to show students to their rooms, the cafeteria was full of students having breakfast and the buses were gathering in the parking lots. Lockers were filled, schedules were adjusted and fresh pencils were sharpened.
